DO WE HAVE WARRANTY?

Yes we do. Our warranty covers defects in material, labor and installation issues. This includes full replacement (if necessary) for defective material and/or improper installation. For example; if it starts to lift or bubble, please contact us ASAP. This way we can resolve the issue before further damage occurs. Text/email us photos of the affected area and from there we will schedule for you to come back to inspect the issue to determine the cause and schedule for repairs. Vinyl wrap will typically only have lifting issues within the first month after completion so it is important that we are informed of any issues promptly or you could void your warranty.

Non-OEM factory painted parts have limited warranty up to 3 months.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?

Warranty does not cover damage to the wrap caused by machinery (machine car wash), pressure washers, accidents, road damage, negligence, misuse, sun damage, wear and tear, or any failure not caused by materials or installation. Warranty is voided if touched or tampered with. This does not cover warrantable failures due to pre-existing damages on the vehicle.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY NEW WRAP?

It is important to keep your wrap clean and protected from the sun. Make sure to remove any tree sap, bugs, bird droppings, and heavy dirt asap. Always avoid automated machine washes as they can damage your wrap. Most major car care brands offer wrap soap/wash. We recommed Chemical Guy’s Wrap Detail Spray to keep your wrap protected and looking good. Do not use natural waxes such as carnuba wax as this can cause burn spots and ruin your wrap.
